Proportion of rural districts with sustainable land use plans that are inclusive

Calculation Using Available Data

This indicator measures the portion of rural districts where 1) sustainable use plans that govern land use change and land development are in place and 2) those plans take into account the rights of local land users and owners.

Important note: While this indicator asks for "rural administrative districts," it is fine to use other units of measure that make the most sense for your country so long as it is clear what they are and that the same units are used for all data sets.
